Circuit HIIT
Circuit High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates between intervals on 8 cardio stations of Woodway treadmills and Octane ellipticals with 8 strength stations of explosive power. Each interval targets anaerobic power for higher levels of athletic performance. Sprints and plyometrics make this class a 32-minute blast of pushing your personal edge.
