Circuit FIT

Measurement is a great motivator; and Frequency (how many), Intensity (how hard) and Time (how long) are how we keep track. You will keep your heart rate and work intensity in specific zones for maximum results. Using these metrics, you can compare, challenge and improve every class. This small group circuit includes boxing, rowing, ropes and incline training using timed intervals in a 32-minute workout.
