Circuit Cardio + Strength
Circuit Cardio + Strength is an all level 32-minute class that alternates between intervals on 8 cardio stations of Woodway treadmills and Octane ellipticals with 8 strength stations of core/total body strength. Burn calories and lose body fat. Variable intensity intervals, such as rolling hills and incline challenges are mixed with weights and kettlebells to build muscular strength and train all aspects of fitness.
