1.0 - Chest / Back
This is a 48 minute class that alternates between low impact motorless cardio machines and video guided strength exercises.  Every exercise is performed for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second recovery period.  The focus of the strength exercises is geared towards Chest & Back with some attention to core muscles.  This class is safe and effective or all fitness levels.
