1.0 - Arms / Shoulders
This is a 48 minute class that alternates between low impact motorless cardio machines and video guided strength exercises. Every exercise is performed for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second recovery period. The focus of the strength exercises is geared towards Shoulders, Biceps, and Tricpes with some attention to core muscles. This class is safe and effective or all fitness levels.
