Hills and Drills *PLUS*

Our HILLS AND DRILLS class is a beat-pumping, heart pounding, sweat fest. Featuring a variety of tracks incorporating training-based hill climbs, intervals and sprints as well as our signature “ensync” rhythm rides. Classes are designed around the beat of the music with less emphasis on choreography and more focus on overall calorie burn. Expect a fun, sweaty workout that leaves you exhilarated and wanting more!

PLUS= last 15 minutes of class we incorporate toning and strengthening off the bike.
