No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have a bike for you! Our EASY RIDER class is designed for all ages, shapes and sizes who need a push to build their endurance, strength and muscle tone. This class may appeal to the rider who is new to spin, who may be recovering from an injury or who has taken time off from physical activity. All fitness levels are welcome, we encourage you to listen to your body, but yell right back if you need too.
