Come have fun and transform your mind and body in our Boot Camp outdoor fitness class.

Something wonderful happens when a group of people come together to conquer a day's work out. Our Boot Camp is a full body workout that will take your fitness to new heights, this 60 minute class will help build muscle, endurance and increase the overall function of your body. Feel better, stronger and more alive.

  • Saturday's  9:30am

We suggest bringing water and gloves for your hand protection since we're outdoors during the summer months.
