If you’re looking to tone, sculpt, and refine certain muscle groups, then we’ve got your class....taught to you by our Certified Personal Trainer, Lynele McGill !

Our Body SCULPT Class activates slow twitch muscles that enable you to build strength, and define muscles without creating bulk. Classes use resistance training through bands, dumbbells, and body weight with the end result being a newly toned and sculpted body. Come join the workout and the fun, we'd love to see you!
