REV 'n' Stretch
Enhance your strength, power, flexibility, and range of motion in this one-hour workout that’s split between cycle and focused floor moves. You’ll start with 30 minutes of cycle—a high-intensity, metabolism-revving ride—followed by 30 minutes of floor exercises designed to elongate tight muscles, improve your alignment and range of motion, and calm your body and mind (it’s the antidote to sitting slouched at your desk). You’ll get a balanced workout, with double the fitness benefits in just one hour, and leave the studio, moving freely and feeling amazing!
