Class located in the Movement Studio. Each class offers a wide variety of exercises that targets length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Our Pilates Reformer exercises encourage safe, controlled methods of pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. These classes are made for everyone. Athletes, pre/post surgery, seniors, post pregnancies, and more. *Additional Fee: Packages include a 1-pack or 15-pack.
