Knock Out
Class located in the Group Training Studio. *Fee-Based Class. Class Description: HIIT Boxing Class One of a kind striking/Boxing work out. This 30-minute high intensity interval class will take you through a 5 min. warm-up followed by six intense rounds of striking combos and functional body weight exercises, then finish you off with an intense 2 min. explosive round and end with a 5 min. cool down. A certified dedicated coach will direct and guide your ultimate experience in a team atmosphere with heart pumping music. We recommend the following for the best experience: Water bottle, lose fitting athletic clothing and sneakers, boxing gloves provided but we recommend purchasing your own pair. Only 14 ounce and 16 ounces glove permitted.
