On those cold winter days you will warm right up when you join this 45-minute Yoga class. Come ready to move, as you will integrate mindful breathing, encourage strength, flexibility, and balance. The heat will rise to 85 degrees. Hot Yoga is associated with many benefits, such as improved flexibility, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, increased blood circulation, as well as detoxification and stress reduction.
