Put away the self-consciousness and let us crank up the latest dance tracks while you get your cardio - a great dance workout with lots of laughs, claps and moves to take to the club (or the living room). It's judgment free and power-packed. In each class, you'll warm up, learn the moves for the dance combination, and then take it up to tempo with a jam that will have you sweating, smiling and, well, killin' it.
