WHAT HAPPENS- Weight training while you are utilizing the dumbbells and resistance bands to shape and tone with cardio incorporated. GOOD FOR BEGINNERS- Definitely! You can choose the weights appropriate for your level and do the reps you feel you are able and build on that over time. BODY BENEFITS- A more toned and sculpted body. Over time you will begin to see definition in your stomach and arms.
