WHAT HAPPENS- The focus of this workout is to strengthen and stretch the abdomen and torso without the use of equipment on the mat. Proper breathing techniques and muscle control are practiced. GOOD FOR BEGINNERS- Always! Take mini breaks when you feel you need to. BODY BENEFITS- Increases flexibility, prevents injury, strengthens the core, eases back pain, improves posture.
