Women Cardio Barre
 WHAT HAPPENS- Ballet inspired movements done at the barre. In addition, several cardio sections are incorporated to get the heart rate up . Expect lots of repetition and shaking muscles. GOOD FOR BEGINNERS- Always! You can work within your range of motion (say, lift your leg an inch instead of up to hip height). It’s also no problem to take mini breaks then rejoin the class. BODY BENEFITS-Graceful definition, increased mobility, strength and balance!
