Women Boxing!
WHAT HAPPENS- Boxing is a challenging yet fun workout with multiple benefits and zero side effects for your body. While using the boxing gloves (rentals available) we punch and kick a 100lb weighted bag. We also offer a “no contact” class which means no gloves or bag is needed. The punching and kicking are combined with upper and lower body moves using weights, for maximum burn and muscle sculpting. A big part of the class consists of core work,in order to strengthen the abs/obliques and the lower back. GOOD FOR BEGINNERS- Definitely! And there are always alternations we can use throughout if need be. BODY BENEFITS- Boxing improves stamina and cardiovascular fitness, it sculpts muscles and shreds the abs. It'll leave you feeling powerful and energetic. It’s also a great way to work out aggression and stress. The best part is, you burn anywhere from 500 to 700 calories per class!!
