Women Booty Barre
WHAT HAPPENS- In this class low impact moves (like balancing on your tiptoes) are done at a ballet barre . Expect lots of repetition and shaking muscles. GOOD FOR BEGINNERS- Always! You can work within your range of motion (say, lift your leg an inch instead of up to hip height). It’s also no problem to take mini breaks then rejoin the class. BODY BENEFITS-Graceful definition in your abs, butt, inner thighs and outer thighs.
