High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with a mix of cardio using self-propelled treadmills, rowers, spin bikes, battle ropes, plyometric movements, slam balls, TRX, and resistance bands. Increased your metabolic rate and push your limits!
 
Strong members with Strong All Access (Unlimited), Strong Studio Unlimited, HiiT Fit Drop-Ins plus Strong Free Intro for first-timers are welcome to attend. This class is for all athlete levels.
