CrossFit Level 2
1 hour coach led CrossFit class with group warm-up, workout of the day (WOD) and cool down. Members with Strong All Access (Unlimited), Strong CrossFit 3X a week, as well as CrossFit Drop-Ins and Strong Free Intro for first timers are welcome to attend.
