This class focuses on relieving tension and increasing mobility through the use of the Roll Model Method and a form or restorative yoga. The Roll Model Method is a form of self-myofascial release (self-massage) that uses self-massage balls to enhance the glide and hydration of the fascial system, which will reduce muscle soreness and enhance muscle recovery. This is a great class for students of all age ranges and backgrounds who want to improve their pain free ranges of motion.
