"Hurts So Good" Myofascial Release Series
This 6-week "Hurts So Good" series uses the "Roll Model Method" and incorporates the use of therapy balls to assist in self massage, along with foundational training to support your overall athletic performance and speed up muscle recovery. The massage balls are used to enhance glide and hydration of the fascial system which will enhance muscle recruitment and reduce muscle soreness.
