Power FIT
Power Fit is a high intensity hybrid class of resistance training and active cardio. The Class utilizes barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands to strengthen and tone the targeted muscle for the selected exercise. Each resisted exercise is is followed with an Active Rest Exercise to increase caloric demand and burn fat mass. 
 
Duration: 60 Minutes
 
Targeted Muscle Groups: Total Body
 
Difficulty level: Green (All Members)
