Stryde 35
Stryde 35 is our newest addition. Stryde is all about shorter, faster intervals, so in this shortened version, you'll work on your speed with flat road and hill sprints. Expect a 5 minute warm up, and 30 minutes of treadmill intervals. 
 
This class is great if you're in a rush, but want to get the most out of a 35 minute workout, there is nothing that makes you sweat and burn calories like running intervals!
