Walk/Jog/Run/Strength - All Abilities:
This combo strength and cardio class will make 60 minutes fly by! You'll alternate from intervals on the treadmill, with strength exercises on the floor using kettle bells, resistance bands and steps. You'll never be on the treadmill for more than 12 minutes, and you'll have sufficient recovery time after your intervals!
This is the perfect class for someone who is looking to jump start their fitness, lose weight, tone, and get faster.
