Walk/Jog/Run - For All Abilities
We've re-invented the treadmill with our signature Endurance class. This 45 minute class begins with a warm up, and will go through a variety of different intervals and recoveries, using both speed and incline to get your heart pumping...all while the music is bumping! You'll have sufficient recovery time between intervals to walk or jog and get yourself ready for what's next. 45 Minutes on the treadmill have never gone by so fast, no matter what your ability. As long as you can walk, you can take this class, and you won't regret it!
