FUSE: Turn & Burn
Not a typical Cycling Class! Combines 30-40minutes of Indoor Cycling and 30-20 minutes of Strength. Pedal through various drills (climbs, sprints, hovers, and rhythm riding. Then, off the bikes to tone, strengthen, and build the upper body.
