BW TRiBE will help you develop a deep connection between mind and body. Created by adding the best of our Barre and Wheels modalities, this 45 or 60 minutes class is a physiological experience aimed at helping attendees feel the vibrations, connect with their breath and activate muscles to develop a long, lean, resilient body. You may wear sticky socks or indoor running shoes.
