Whether you are just getting started, or looking kick your workouts up a notch, our HIIT class and instructors provide a safe environment and modifications to movements to fit every individuals needs and fitness level. Let’s get ready to HIIT it!
In this class we will ride for 45 minutes. If you need, to spilt before we "HIIT" it on the floor you can pop on out.
