This 45-minute ride is packed with high-energy, pumping music. Our amazing playlist will allow you to get lost in the rhythmic interval ride. This ride has intense cardio and we add in upper body strength building with the use of hand weights.
The ride is followed by an off-the-bike 8-10 minute strength workout that targets each section of your core to help you build core strength.
All of this will leave you feeling energized and strong. Your stats from class will be stored and you will receive an email so that you can set and accomplish goals.
Please bring a mat to class.
