In collaboration with Wild Flow Barre & Yoga & Shepherd's Run Winery we are happy to introduce our first Barre + Bike for BCRF event. This class and social will bring our two fitness communities together to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

 

Each participant 21+ will be treated to a glass of wine from our friends at Shepherd's Run.
