Women EmPOWERed Barbbell Club
You are invited to join Kristin for Women emPOWERed Barbell club to improve your strength training technique!
These classes will feature a workout of the day featuring the main barbell lifts and will focus on improving your strength training techniques. You are also welcome to attend to get one-on-one pointers on your deadlift, squat or upper body strength movements! This class is designed to build your confidence with barbell training while giving you the support and accountability of a community of strong women.
