Sprint 8
Phil Campell's SPRINT 8 protocol is a scientifically proven format to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. The format includes a 20 minute high intensity interval training. Starting with 30 seconds of full force sprint followed by a 90 second recovery. After 8 rounds we proceed to the second portion of the class for a 20 min total body resistance training with five minutes of stretching.
This is an 8 week commitment to take class 2x/week. Our small group training is limited to 6 participants- reserve your spot now!
