Yoga Slow Flow
A slower paced flow that is intended for all abilities. We will use a combination of mediation, breath work and movement to experiment with balance, strength and flexibility. Postures will be offered and variations will be encouraged as you are mindful of your body and honoring what it needs, on your mat. You will leave class feeling restored and relaxed for the rest of your evening.
