Mobility is different from flexibility.  Mobility Training designates exercises that will increase your range-of-motion and your stabilization, or control of the muscles that surround each joint.  Our Warrior class is all about benefiting your body by increasing muscle strength and flexibility, reducing injury so you can work to your true potential.
