Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning is a circuit class in which you move from one exercise to another after 1 minute of completion. This class includes 5 workstations to help build the different muscles in your body. With 15 seconds of rest in-between sets, you will get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles at the same time!
