TRX/Barre Fusion

The main goal of this class is to execute the proper setting of the pelvic, thoracic, cervical, scapular, knee, feet, and ankle positions in order to achieve optimal stability. The classes promote meaningful movement with a purpose while bringing awareness to neuromuscular coordination by creating strength and fluidity in the muscles. Our focus weeks include flexibility, strength, balance, and, endurance. TRX Barre Fusion has the added bonus of adding the suspension trainer into your workout.
