Silver Sneakers 3 Floor and More
This class is specifically designed for VERY ACTIVE older adults who experience regular exercise 3 or more days per week.  Focus on and increase flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength and power, and cardiovascular endurance. It also involves various agility exercises involving quick navigation of steps in all planes of motion with HIGHEST LEVEL OF FITNESS.  ** Must be able to get up and down on the floor and stand for long periods of time. ** This class also uses the stability ball or the stepper on occasion.
