Power 360
Power 360 is a circuit workout that includes triple set stations focused on strength, cardio, and core exercises. This class is a fun and exciting workout that will have you burning calories during class, but also creating EPOC (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption - “afterburner”). This means you will be burning calories for up to 48 post workout! All stations can be modified or intensified to meet every individuals needs and fitness level.
