Terms and Conditions
I hereby release and forever discharge bodiesbyphil Inc., the Studio, #bodiesbyphil, his officers, instructors, members and authorized guests from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands whatsoever for damage, loss, or injury, howsoever arising which may hereafter be sustained by me in consequence of my membership in the studio, and also agree that bodiesbyphil Inc., the Studio, #bodiesbyphil, and its members shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of my personal possessions howsoever caused.
I hereby agree to abide by any rules and regulations set out by bodiesbyphil Inc.. and #bodiesbyphil. At any time if it has been decided that I am not abiding set rules or regulations I understand that my agreement, membership, services or package can be terminated and no refunds will be distributed.
Photo Release:
I grant bodiesbyphil Inc., its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property. I authorize bodiesbyphil Inc., its assigns, and representatives to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that bodiesbyphil Inc. may use such photographs of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
No Shows/Late Cancels:
I understand that #bodiesbyphil has a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you hold any type of membership or unlimited pricing option (excluding intro months), you must cancel your class 6 hours in advance or your credit card will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee or $20 no-show fee. If you hold a class pack or casual membership and do not cancel your class 6 hours in advance you will be deducted that class. This includes switching time slots under the 6 hour notice time period. Late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable unless you are sick or injured.
Reservations
You must be signed in and physically present at the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. If you arrive to class more than 10 minutes late you will not be admitted to the class and you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Memberships
All memberships are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred. You must fulfill your commitment period, failure to do so will result in a charge. After your commitment period is complete your credit card will continue to be billed monthly until you give #bodiesbyphil 30 days notice to cancel. Late cancellation and no show fees are non-refundable unless you are sick or injured. All classes are subject to availability. All auto-renew contracts require a valid credit card on file. We do not accept AMEX, debit, or credit-debit cards for auto-renew contracts.
Changes to this agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
