Terms and Conditions
- It is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician before taking class or using j.POWERStudio and facility.
- Classes at j.POWERStudio may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of serious personal injury, or in extreme cases, death.
- j.POWERStudio owners, partners, employees, teachers, volunteers and agents have no expertise in diagnosing, examining or treating a medical condition. It is my sole responsibility to seek medical advice from a physician and to follow the instructions of my physician.
- j.POWERStudio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
- Taking classes and use of any of the facilities, furniture or equipment at j.POWERStudio is at my own risk.
- I am responsible for use of any of the facilities, furniture or equipment.
- I am waiving, on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs or assignees or legal representatives, the right to bring suit or allege other claims against j.POWERStudio (Jasmine Powers, LLC) or its members for any personal injury to myself, property damage/loss, or wrongful death of myself, whether caused by negligence on the part of any party or otherwise, except to the extent such claim cannot be waived under applicable law.
- I shall pay for my classes in full PRIOR to attending any class. Payments are not refundable or transferrable for any reason including but not limited to injury or illness. Class packages with a set date of expiration will not be extended beyond their expiration date for any reason including but not limited to injury or illness.
- I may cancel up to 3 hours prior to my class. If I fail to cancel and do not show up for my reserved class I will be charged a cancelation fee of $35.00.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
j.POWERStudio has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, j.POWERStudio cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending j.POWERStudio and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at j.POWERStudio may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, j.POWERStudio staff, instructors, volunteers, and program participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at j.POWERStudio. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless j.POWERStudio, its staff, teachers, agents, and representatives, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of j.POWERStudio, its staff, teachers, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any j.POWERStudio program.
