Terms and Conditions

I understand and acknowledge that participation in spinning classes involves physically strenuous activity, and therefore carries the risk of property loss and serious injury, including permanent disability and death.

In consideration of my participation in classes provided by Steel Revolution, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that Steel Revolution and its owners, insurers, instructors, employees, contractors and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from property loss or personal injuries, including death, that I may sustain as a result of my participation in this event/class, regardless of whether such loss or injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of Steel Revolution. I hereby acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with my physician with respect to past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect my participation and ability to endure the Steel Revolution program.

By signing this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic) and losses of any type, which may occur to me, and I hereby fully and forever release and waive, release and discharge Steel Revolution, its owners, insurers, instructors, employees, contractors and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of participation in this event/class. I also expressly agree to indemnify and hold Steel Revolution harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during this event/class.

I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED DUE CONSIDERATION TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, I VOLUNTARILTY AND KNOWINGLY ACCEPT AND INTEND TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE.
