CORE INDOOR CYCLING clients agree to comply with CORE INDOOR CYCLING's terms and conditions as expressed below. These terms were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other customers, and in conformity with the requirements of CORE INDOOR CYCLING's procedures, rules, regulations and requirements, terms and conditions.

By signing up for classes at CORE INDOOR CYCLING, I hereby agree that there are certain inherent dangers in cycling and exercise and in using cycling and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by CORE INDOOR CYCLING, and to use CORE INDOOR CYCLING's facilities and equipment and in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge CORE INDOOR CYCLING, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all other from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment in the above mentioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that may be affected by this provision.

Purchase Policy

In order to place a reservation, you must first own a series or package.

To buy an individual class or a series of classes, you can sign up here for a username and password and purchase a series online. If you already have a username and password click sign-in to buy a series and make your reservation.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, etc.

Payments are non-recurring unless you select otherwise for monthly packages.

There are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

If you reserved but can’t make it to class, to avoid penalty please cancel by logging into your account and removing yourself from the class (or simply email/call us) at least 2-hours in advance of the class start time to avoid penalty.

If you cancel within 2-hours of the class start time, it is deemed a “late cancel” and the class will be removed from your account / you will be charged for that class.

If you’re a Monthly Unlimited member and you “late cancel” you will be charged a $10 penalty.
