Liability Waiver
In checking the box below I understand that training with BOXR may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate with the knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
If I am in any way uncertain of my physical readiness to train, due to a current or historic injury or issue, I will make BOXR aware before training commences and will request a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) upon arrival at the club for the first time, in order for BOXR to provide appropriate advice and support to ensure my safety and well-being.

I agree that BOXR is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend and that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against BOXR or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or death.
I understand BOXR may take photographs or videos of training sessions for promotional purposes and I will inform them before training commences should I wish not to be included.
