Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned, hereby expressly and affirmatively state that I wish to participate in Regymen Fitness. The undersigned person consents to using Regymen Studio and are aware of the risks involved in such use. The undersigned person further agrees that this consent shall constitute a bar to any recovery by them for any loss to them due to such use, including but not limited to injuries sustained while exercising or loss of or damage to any personal property. The undersigned person hereby holds Regymen Fitness LLC, its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by the undersigned person, Member or on Member’s behalf or by Member’s family for any such injuries or claims aforesaid. The undersigned person for themselves and on behalf of Member(s) and his or her family, executors, administrators, and personal representatives do hereby forever release and discharge Regymen Fitness LLC, its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, losses and expenses.
I have had an opportunity to ask questions. Any questions which I have asked have been answered to my complete satisfaction. I subjectively understand the risk of my participation I this activity, and knowing and appreciating these risks I voluntarily choose to participate, assuming all risk of injury. I agree that I am medically cleared to participate in the workouts.
