Terms and Conditions

By signing up for or attending classes, events, and other programs and using the premises, facilities, and equipment, or any other location where CliqueCycle is providing services (individually or collectively), I hereby acknowledge on behalf of myself, my heirs, or personal representatives, that there are certain and inherent risks and danger in indoor cycling and exercise in equipment in association with CliqueCycle.

 

I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained by me in relation to CliqueCycle classes, events and other programs. I further release and indemnify and hold harmless CliqueCycle, the owners, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf.

 

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights to sue CliqueCycle, its owners, employees or anyone acting on their behalf.
