Terms and Conditions

In signing this, I certify that the information above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate knowing that there is risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that The United Boxing Club is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I, my heirs, assigns, and/or legal representatives do hereby waive and release The United Boxing Club, its teachers, assistants and employees from any and all liability and responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in any activity or use of equipment. I understand that I am giving up my right to sue or make any claims of any kind whatsoever against the organization and its teachers, assistants and employees for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to let The United Boxing Club to use my photograph, video and/or audio taken or recorded during any class or special event for any purposes they deem necessary and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowable by law. 

 

All contracts include a 15% charge on your monthly bill which includes taxes and administration fees. 

 

Cancellation:

 

We reserve the right to charge a $45 cancellation fee 30 days after your contract start date if cancelling within your year commitment. By signing this you are agreeing to this charge as well as any late/no show cancellation fees outlined below:

 

Late cancel / No Show Fees 

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you have not signed in 10-minutes before a class begins. In order to hold your reservation, we ask that you call the club to let us know that you will be late.

In order to cancel a class reservation and return it to your account, you must unreserve 2 hours prior to the class. If you fall within that 2 hours you will be charged a late cancel fee of $5. If you do not cancel your reservation, your account will be charged $10, which is considered as a ""no show"".

Clients can cancel by logging into their profile online or calling any studio directly.
