In checking the box below I agree that is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Agreement of release and waiver of liability
I hereby agree to the following: That I am participating in Yoga, and/or Group Fitness classes, Other Programs or Workshops, offered by Full Body Yoga, LLC, during which I receive information and instruction about health and safe practice. I recognize that these classes and workshops may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks ad hazards involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Classes & Workshops. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these Classes & Workshops. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Classes, Workshops & Programs I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Full Body Yoga, LLC for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in this program. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Full Body Yoga, LLC for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts.

Class Cancelation Policy - If you are signed up for a class on our ""regular"" schedule and you are not able to attend, you must cancel online at least 3 hours before the start of the class or you will be charged. If you have an unlimited package, you will be charged the appropriate drop-in rate of the class ($15) & if you have a class pass, one class will be deducted from your account.
-If you have chosen to put yourself on a waiting list, it is your responsibility to check back to see if you've been added to the class.

-Workshop & Event Policy - No refunds are provided for no shows or cancelations. ALL SALES FINAL.
