I understand the nature and purpose of this liability guest waiver and I am aware that any strenuous physical activity involves risk. Accordingly, I release, discharge, absolve and indemnify Sleek Physique, their agents, employees and instructors from any and all liability arising out of any accident, injury or loss sustained by me as a result of activities at or present in Sleek Physique in or outside of the Studio.
